In furtherance to our captioned letters in connection with acquisition of entire share capital of<BR> 'Mosaic Media Ventures Private Limited (Mosaic), we wish to inform you that the Board of<BR> Directors at its meeting held today i.e. 27th November, 2020<BR> has revised the terms of acquisition of Mosaic, to the effect that the 100% of <BR> paid-up share capital of Mosaic held by NWS Digital Asia PTE Limited and News Corporation ('Sellers')<BR> will now be acquired by the Company, at a consideration of upto Rs. 6 Crore, post working capital adjustment.<BR>
