Huhtamaki India Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/08/2021 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Madam,<BR> <BR> We refer to our letter dated 27th July, 2021, wherein we had intimated that the meeting of the Board of Directors Company shall be held on Friday, 6th August 2021, inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter/Half Year ended June 30, 2021. We wish to inform that due to unavoidable circumstances the aforesaid meeting has been postponed and rescheduled now on Tuesday, 10th August, 2021.<BR> <BR> Please take the same on your records and acknowledge receipt.<BR>
