In terms of Sections 108 and 110 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and Regulation 44 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Listing Regulations), the Company sought approval of its members by way of Special Resolution for change in the name of the Company from "Huhtamaki PPL Limited" to "Huhtamaki India Limited" by means of Postal Ballot and remote electronic voting.<BR> <BR> The Voting Results in terms of Regulation 44 of the Listing Regulations together with the Consolidated Scrutinizer''s Report on voting is enclosed herewith.
