| With reference to our letter dated November 07, 2022 regarding intimation of a meeting of Board of Directors of Humming Bird Education Limited ('the Company') and pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Schedule III of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, as amended ('Listing Regulations') and SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 9, 2015 ('September 9 Circular'), we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e., November 14, 2022, inter-alia approved the following: (A) Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) for the half year ended September 30, 2022; (B) Reconstitution of Nomination & Remuneration Committee. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 01:00 P.M and concluded at 01:45 P.M hours. | |
