Hybrid Financial Services Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 25/07/2025 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir, This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company will meet on Friday, 25th July, 2025 pursuant to provision of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements), 2015 to consider, approve and take on record the Un-audited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2025 and other items as per Agenda. Further, in terms of the Prohibition of Insider Trading Code adopted by the Company the Window Closure for Trading by Designated Persons of the Company shall remain close from Tuesday, 1st July, 2025 till Sunday, 27th July 2025, i.e. 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results of the Company on Friday, 25th July 2025 for the Quarter Ended 30th June, 2025.
