Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI(LODR) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of IB Infotech Enterprises in their meeting held on today i.e. 13th February, 2021 has accepted the resignation of Mr. Mukesh Jadhav as Chief Financial Officer of the Company with immediate effect i.e 13th February, 2021 and in his place Ms. Bhagyashri Naik has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer of the Company w.e.f. 13th February, 2021 pursuant to Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013 and Regulation 30(2) Para A Part A of Schedule III of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015.<BR> <BR> Ms. Bhagyashri Naik is a qualified graduate in Commerce and having post graduate diploma in Finance Management and having a requisite experience in the field of Accounts and finance.<BR>
