Further to our earlier letter dated April 24, 2021 and in compliance with Regulation 52(5) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), please find enclosed copies of the certificates issued by debenture trustees.<BR> <BR> We confirm that the Bank has submitted the required documents and intimations for FY 2020-21 till date to the Debenture Trustees as per Regulation 56 of the Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> With respect to para 4 and 5 of Bank of Maharashtra's letter regarding their desire to exit the trusteeship activity, which is not specific to bonds issued by ICICI Bank, we wish to inform that ICICI Bank is taking necessary steps/exploring options in this regard.<BR> <BR> Please take the above information on record.
