In terms of regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III, kindly note that the Board of Directors of the Company has at its meeting held today appointed Ms. Sonali Chandak, associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No.: A18108), as the Company Secretary of the Company effective February 16, 2021. Ms. Chandak has over 20 years of experience in the secretarial, compliance, risk management and legal domain and currently serves as Senior Vice President and Head - Compliance and Legal at ICICI Securities Limited. Prior to her employment at ICICI Securities, she was Executive Director at Morgan Stanley Investment Management Private Limited, and was designated the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of their traditional and non-traditional asset management businesses.
