This is to inform you that as per the Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading ('Code') of the IDFC FIRST Bank Limited (the 'Bank') and pursuant to the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, as amended from time to time ('Regulations'), the Trading Window for dealing in the Securities of the Bank will remain closed for Insiders of the Bank from Wednesday, April 01, 2020 till 48 hours after declaration of the Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2020, which becomes generally available information.<BR> <BR> The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the financial results of the Bank for the quarter (Q4-FY20) and financial year (FY 2019-20) ended March 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.<BR>
