Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that in compliance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Share Based Employee Benefits and Sweat Equity) Regulations, 2021, as amended from time to time, the Nomination & Remuneration Committee on January 25, 2022 (Grant Date) has approved grant of 9,75,000 stock options to eligible employee under IDFC FIRST Bank Employee Stock Option Scheme.
These stock options will vest equally over a period of five years (viz. 20% each year) and the exercise period of these options will be 3 years from date of respective vesting.
