| Pursuant to SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform that the Board of Directors ('the Board') of the Bank at its meeting held today i.e. Saturday, October 31, 2020, considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Bank for the quarter (Q2) and half year ended September 30, 2020.<BR> <BR> Accordingly, we hereby submit a copy of Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020 along with the Limited Review Report issued by the Statutory Auditors of the Bank, M/s. B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants (Firm Registration No. 101248W / W-100022), thereon. We also submit a copy of Press Release on the Unaudited Financial Results of the Bank.<BR> <BR> The meeting of the Board of Directors of the Bank commenced at 02:00 p.m. and concluded at 08:00 p.m.<BR> | |
