Dear Sir/Madam, In view of the proposed Board Meeting of IDFC FIRST Bank Limited (the ''Bank'' / 'IDFC FIRST Bank') scheduled to be held on Saturday, February 04, 2023 and pursuant to the IDFC Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading in shares of the Company, the Trading Window shall remain closed for dealing in the equity shares of IDFC Limited and IDFC FIRST Bank for all the Board Members and Employees and their respective Dependent Family Members from Thursday, February 02, 2023 till Sunday, February 12, 2023 (both days inclusive) and shall re-open thereafter i.e. February 13, 2023. Kindly take note of the same.
