Approved the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2020. Please find enclosed herewith the aforesaid financial results together with copies of Limited Review Reports issued by Price Waterhouse & Co LLP, Chartered Accountants, the Statutory Auditors of the Company.
