We would like to further inform that the Company has filed on 6th February, 2021, the Scheme of Amalgamation of Trishan Metals Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary with the Company, with National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench under Sections 230 to 232 of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act and rules framed thereunder.<BR> <BR> Pursuant to Regulation 37(6) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Dislsoure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose certified true copy of the scheme of Amalgamation of Trishan Metals Private Limited, Wholly Owned Subsidiary with the Company<BR> <BR> This is for your kind information and records.<BR>
