Notice is hereby given that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for the purpose of dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from July 01, 2022 till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 are approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2022 will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all Board Members and Designated Persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
