| Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 51 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 ('Listing Regulations'), the Board of Directors of the Company based on the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Audit Committee, at its Meeting held today i.e. September 27, 2022 considered and approved the appointment of Mr. Kapish Jain, as the Deputy CFO & Head IR as Key Managerial Personnel of the Company w.e.f. September 27, 2022. The details in relation to the aforesaid appointment as required under Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular No. CIR/CFD/CMD/4/2015 dated September 09, 2015 is given as Annexure 'A' to this letter.
