Pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall be closed from Saturday, July 01, 2023, till 48 hours after the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, is approved by the Board of Directors and filed with stock exchanges. The date of the meeting of Board of Directors to approve the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2023, will be informed in due course. Accordingly, all designated person (including directors) and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
