| IIFL Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 20/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(b) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, November 20, 2020 to consider the following inter alia:<BR> <BR> 1.Proposal for Buy-back of fully paid-up equity shares of the Company.<BR> 2.Any other item.<BR> <BR> In terms of the Code of Conduct of the Company under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations 2015, the Trading Window of Equity Shares of the Company shall remain closed with immediate effect for all directors, designated persons and insiders and shall re-open after the expiry of 48 hours after the conclusion of the aforesaid Board Meeting.<BR> <BR> Kindly take the above on record and oblige. | |
