IIFL Wealth Management Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 28/10/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Update on board meeting<BR> <BR> Further, to the intimation dated October 5, 2020 made pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing<BR> Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, notice is hereby given that the Board of Directors at its meeting scheduled to be held October 28, 2020, will also consider raising of funds through issuance of listed, secured / unsecured, redeemable non-convertible debentures amounting upto Rs.250 Crores on a private placement basis, in one or more tranches / series.
