Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from Friday, 28th July, 2022 till 48 Hours after the declaration of the Financial results of the Company for the quarter ended June 30, 2022. The date of meeting of the Board of Directors to approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter June 30, 2022, will be informed in due course. Pursuant to the above, all Directors / Designated Persons / Connected Persons are advised not to trade in the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of trading window.
