The Board at its Meeting held on November 11, 2020 have approved the appointment of <BR> Ms Sudakshina Bhattacharya and Ms Priya Shetty as Nominee Directors of <BR> Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) on the Board of the Company<BR> <BR> <BR> Ms Sudakshina Bhattacharya is presently the Chief Human Resoureses Officer of <BR> IL&FS Group. Ms Priya Shetty is currently the Chief Executive Officer of ILFS Securities Services Limited and and is also actively involved in the resolution process undertaken by the current Board of IL&FS<BR> <BR> <BR> Ms Sudakshina Bhattacharya and Ms Priya Shetty do not have any relationship with any other Directors of the Company, except with Mr Nand Kishore and Mr Kaushik Modak in their capacity of being Nominee Directors of Infrastructure Leasing & Financial Services Limited (IL&FS) on the Board of the Company<BR>
