| IMPEX FERRO TECH LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 30/03/2023 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Dear Sir/Mam, The Board of the Company consequent upon the Order of the Hon'ble National Company Law Tribunal (NCLT), Kolkata, has since been reinstated. The Board has now decided to consider and approve the un-audited financial results pending for the previous quarters ended i.e. September, 2022 and December, 2022, which was the responsibility of the erstwhile Interim Resolution Professional (IRP) but the same was not complied by him. Pursuant to Regulation 29(1) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith copy of the notice of the Board Meeting to be held on Thursday, 30th March, 2023 inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results for the previous quarter ended 30th September, 2022 and 31st December, 2022.
