This is in continuation to our earlier letter dated October 27, 2020, intimating proposed sale of 100% shares in Samyama Jyothi Solar Energy Private Limited (step-down subsidiary) by SUN-AMP Solar India Private Limited (subsidiary company) to NextPower III Singapore Holdco. Pte. Ltd., for sale consideration of USD 1,012,000; we would like to further inform that Indag Rubber Limited would receive approximately Rs.4.49 crores (amount invested Rs.2.95 crores) at the time of distribution of funds to shareholders by SUN-AMP Solar India Private Limited, irrespective of its stake of 51% in the subsidiary company.<BR> <BR> This is for your information and records.<BR>
