India Gelatine & Chemicals Ltd has informed BSE that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 27, 2022, inter alia:<BR><BR>1. To consider and approve the audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2022; and<BR><BR>2. To consider and recommend dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2022.<BR><BR>Further, with reference to Company''s letter dated March 29, 2022 regarding "Intimation of closure of trading window" & pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct to regulate, monitor and report trading by employees and connected persons in terms of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the trading window has been closed for all the Board Members, Designated Persons and their immediate relatives from March 31, 2022 and shall remain closed till 48 hours after declaration/announcement of the financial results i.e. May 29, 2022.
