Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, Notice is hereby given that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday, 12th November, 2021 to, inter-alia, consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results (Standalone & Consolidated) of the Company for the quarter and half year ended 30th September, 2021.<BR> <BR> The information is also available on the Company's website at www.indiaglycols.com.<BR> <BR> Further, as intimated vide our letter dated 30th September, 2021, pursuant to the Company''s Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting Trading in Securities, the "Trading Window" for trading in the shares of the Company which has been closed for ''Designated Persons'' from Friday, 1st October, 2021 shall remain closed till Sunday, 14th November, 2021 (both days inclusive). <BR> <BR> This is for your information and records please.
