| INDIA HOME LOAN LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/08/2022 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we would like to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Friday, 12th August 2022, inter alia to consider and approve the Un-audited financial results for the first quarter ended 30th June 2022. The window for dealing in equity shares of the Company is already closed from July 1, 2022 and shall continue to remain closed up to August 14, 2022.
