The Board of Directors at their meeting held on 24th November 2022, approved the appointment of Mrs S Logitha (Membership No. ACS 29260) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company. Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 we give below the following particulars. The Board of Directors approved the appointment of Mrs S Logitha (Membership No. ACS 29260) as the Company Secretary on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee effective 24th November 2022. A brief profile of Mrs S Logitha (Key Managerial Person) is attached for reference and record. Mrs S Logitha is also appointed as the Compliance Officer of the company effective 24th November 2022 in place of Mrs R Poornima.
