Disclosure under Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015- Resignation of Mr. Tilak Raj Bajalia (DIN: 02291892 ) Non -Executive Independent Director / Chairman of the Company.<BR> This is to inform you that Mr. Tilak Raj Bajalia (DIN: 02291892) Non-executive Independent Director of the Company has resigned from the Board of the Company with immediate effect i.e from 17th September, 2021, on account of professional commitments. <BR> We confirm that there is no other material reason for his resignation other than those provided above. Consequently, Mr. Tilak Raj Bajalia also ceases to be Chairman of the Board, Chairman of the Audit Committee & Member of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, Stakeholders relationship Committee, Corporate Social Responsibility Committee of the Board. <BR>
