Pursuant to the applicable provisions of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee of Directors, approved the appointment Mr. Dinabandhu Mohapatra (DIN: 07488705) as an Independent Director (Additional Director), on the Board of Directors of the Company, for a period of three years, with effect from November 23, 2020, subject to the approval of the Members of the Company.<BR> <BR> For details, refer attachment.
