Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed a copy of Notice of Postal Ballot dated November 19, 2022 ('Notice') of IndiaMART InterMESH Limited (the 'Company'), being sent through e-mail to the Shareholders of the Company seeking their approval by way of postal ballot through electronic means only ('Remote e-voting'), on the following special resolutions: a) To appoint Ms. Pallavi Dinodia Gupta (DIN: 06566637) as an Independent Director; and b) To re-appoint Mr. Vivek Narayan Gour (DIN: 00254383) as an Independent Director.
