Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the company at its meeting held on Monday, 14th November, 2022 and based on the recommendations of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Ms. Pranali Desale as Company Secretary, Compliance officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company. Ms. Pranali Desale is a member of Institute of Company Secretaries of the company and having ACS No. 65368 and requisite qualification to hold position of the Company Secretary, Compliance officer and Chief Financial Officer of the company.
