This is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, which commenced at 4:00 p.m. and concluded at 5:00 p.m.; considered and approved, interalia, the following: 1) declared Special Interim Dividend of Rs. 25/- per equity share of Rs. 10/- each to be paid as Special Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22. 2) fixed May 13, 2022 as the Cut-off Date ('Record Date') for the purpose of payment of Interim Dividend for the financial year 2021-22.
