| INDIAN HOTELS CO.LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 04/11/2020 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure<BR> Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we wish to inform you that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the<BR> Company will be held on November 4, 2020 to consider inter-alia, the Un-Audited (Reviewed) Standalone and<BR> Consolidated Financial Results alongwith the Limited Review Report thereon for the quarter / half year ended<BR> September 30, 2020.<BR> Further, pursuant to the code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the Company has intimated its<BR> designated employees regarding the closure of the Trading Window from September 24, 2020 upto November<BR> 6, 2020, for the purpose of adoption of the Un-Audited (Reviewed) Financial Results for the quarter / half year<BR> ended September 30, 2020.
