| The 96th Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Company was held on Thursday, 28th July, 2022, at 2.30 p.m. (IST) through Video Conferencing ('VC') or Other Audio Visual Means ('OAVM'), all the 7 resolutions contained in the 96th AGM Notice dated 27th May, 2022 were passed with requisite majority. We are enclosing the following (i) Voting results of the 96th AGM held on 28th July, 2022 in the format prescribed under Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI Listing Regulations. (ii) Consolidated Scrutinizer's Report dated 29th July, 2022 of the Scrutinizer, Mr. J. H. Ranade, Partner of M/s.
