We refer our letter dated 11th August, 2021 intimating about pronouncement of the Award dated 6th August, 2021 by the Arbitrator appointed under the National Highways Act, 1956 in respect of acquisition of part of the Company's land admeasuring about 40,888 Sq. ft. of its erstwhile Yelhanka Bengaluru factory Karnataka, by National Highway Authority of India ('NHAI') in the year 2011 for widening of National Highway no 7. Pursuant to the above the Company has received today additional land compensation of Rs.14,64,17,975/- inclusive of interest (gross), net of TDS Rs.13,17,76,178/- in respect of above referred award of the Arbitrator, Bengaluru.
