On completion of his first term of 5 years, Mr Bijoy Kumar Das (DIN: 00179886) was re-appointed as Non-Executive Independent Director of the Company for a period of five consecutive years effective from 9th February, 2021 subject to approval of shareholders.<BR> <BR> Mr Bijoy Kumar Das is not related to any of the director of the company or Promoter/Promoter Group and fulfils the criteria of independence as required under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the Rules framed thereunder and the Listing Regulations.<BR> <BR> Further, this is to confirm that Mr Das is not debarred from holding the office of Director by virtue of any order of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) or any other such authority.<BR> <BR>
