| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is to be informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2021/PL/49/14 dated December 14, 2021 (Annexure-I), has conveyed that the President of India has approved the appointment of Shri V. Shanker, Executive Director (Planning) Railway Board [DIN:07903588], as Part-time Government Director on the Board of Directors of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited (IRCTC) in lieu of Shri Vinay Srivastava, ex-Executive Director (PSU), with immediate effect, till he holds the post of Executive Director (Planning), Railway Board or further order, whichever is earlier. Brief profile of Shri V. Shanker is enclosed herewith as Annexure-II. | |
