| Madam / Sir, This is to inform you that pursuant to clause 9 of the Code of Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of IRCTC read with Clause 4 of Schedule B of Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, January 01, 2022 till 48 hours after declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021. The date of Board Meeting of the Company, in which Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021 would be considered, shall be intimated in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC. | |
