| Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on February 08, 2022 through Video Conferencing, to inter alia:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on December 31, 2021 after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee;<BR><BR>2. Consider declaration of lnterim Dividend for FY 2021-22, if any.<BR><BR>3. fix record date for the purpose of payment of lnterim Dividend, if declared.<BR><BR>Further, as per the lnternal Code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading in Dealing with Securities of IRCTC Limited, Trading Window has been closed from January 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.<BR><BR>lntimation regarding closure of trading window has already been given vide Notice dated December 27, 2021. During the closure of Trading Window, lnsiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC Limited. | |
