This is in furtherance to our letter of even no. dated March 10, 2022 enclosing the copy of Postal Ballot Notice seeking approval of members of the Company for appointment of directors by Postal Ballot through remote e-voting process. Based on the Scrutinizer's report, we would like to inform that the members of the Company have duly passed the resolutions as set out in the above notice approving the appointment of directors with requisite majority. Pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Section 108 of Companies Act, 2013 read with Rule 20 of the Companies (Management and Administration) Rules, 2014, we are submitting herewith the Voting results of the said Postal Ballot along with the copy of the Scrutinizer's Report. The Voting results along with the copy of the Scrutinizer's Report are also made available on the website of the Company www.irctc.com and on the website of CDSL www.evotingindia.com
