| Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Ltd has informed BSE that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on May 30, 2022 inter alia, to:<BR><BR>1. Consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended on March 31, 2022 after the same are reviewed by Audit Committee and; <BR><BR>2. Recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2021-22, subject to the approval of shareholders at the Annual General Meeting (AGM).<BR><BR>Further, as per the lnternal Code of Conduct for Prevention of lnsider Trading in Dealing with Securities of IRCTC Limited, Trading Window has been closed from April 01, 2022 till the expiry of 48 hours from the date the said financial results are made public.<BR><BR>lntimation regarding closure of trading window has already been given vide the Company''s Notice dated March 30, 2022. During the closure of Trading Window, lnsiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC Limited. | |
