| Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015 and in continuation to our above referred letter, please find enclosed herewith the Notice of the postal ballot, which has been dispatched electronically on November 10, 2022 to those members whose e-mail addresses are registered with the Company/Depositories and whose names are recorded in the Register of Members of the Company or in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by the Depositories as on Friday, November 4, 2022 ('Cut-off date'). The Company has engaged the services of Central Depository Services (India) Limited, (CDSL) for providing e-voting facility to the Shareholders. Shareholders are requested to note that the Remote e-voting will commence on Saturday, November 12, 2022 at 09.00 A.M. (IST) and will end on Sunday, December 11, 2022 at 05.00 P.M. (IST). The results of the Postal Ballot will be announced on or before Tuesday, December 13, 2022. | |
