In compliance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015, it is to be informed that Ministry of Railways, Government of India, vide its Order No. 2022/E(O)II/40/2 dated February 09, 2023, has conveyed that the competent authority has approved the appointment of Shri Lokiah Ravikumar, GM, Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited, as Director (CS) on the Board of Directors of Indian Railway Catering and Tourism Corporation Limited in the pay scale of Rs.1,60,000-2,90,000/- (IDA Scale) with effect from the date of assumption of charge of the post and till the date of his superannuation i.e. July 31, 2025 or until further orders whichever is earlier. The Board of Directors will induct him, in due course, as Director (CS) on the Board of the Company, in compliance of the provisions of the Companies Act 2013 and SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015 and the requisite disclosures in this regard will be submitted accordingly.
