| In continuation to our communication dated 10.02.2023, it is hereby informed that in terms of Ministry of Railways, Government of India's Letter No. 2022/E(O)II/40/2 dated 9th February 2023, the Board of Directors has approved the proposal for appointment of Dr. Lokiah Ravikumar (DIN: 10045466), as Additional Director [Director (CS)] on IRCTC's Board w.e.f. February 11, 2023, in compliance with provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 and the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements), Regulations, 2015. In line with above, Dr. Lokiah Ravikumar (DIN: 10045466) has assumed the charge of post of Director (CS), IRCTC, w.e.f February 11, 2023. Also, in accordance with Ministry of Railways, Government of India's Letter No. 2022/E(O)II/40/2 dated 9th February 2023, Mr. Ajit Kumar, Director (Finance) & CFO, has relinquished the additional charge of Director (CS) w.e.f. February 11, 2023. | |
