| This is to inform you that pursuant to clause 9 of the Code of Prevention of Insider Trading in the securities of IRCTC read with Clause 4 of Schedule B of Regulation 9 of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended from time to time, the trading window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed from Saturday, April 1, 2023 till 48 hours after declaration of the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2023. The date of Board Meeting of the Company, in which Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ended on March 31, 2023 would be considered, shall be intimated in due course. During the closure of Trading Window, insiders have been advised not to deal in the shares of IRCTC. | |
