In the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company held today, the following decisions have been taken:- 1. Approval of Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended 31.03.2023. 2. Approval of the Audited Annual Financial Statements of 2022-2023. 3. Approval of re-appointment of Sh. Sushil Jain as Wholetime Director to be designated as Chairman of the Company. 4. Approval of increase in the remuneration of Sh. Akshat Jain, Managing Director of the Company. 5. Approval of appointment of M/s K.N. Gutgutia & Co., Chartered Accountants, as Internal Auditor of the Company for the year 2023-24. 6. Approval of appointment of M/s Mukesh Agarwal & Co., Company Secretaries, as Secretarial Auditors of the Company for the year 2023-24. 7.
