| Pursuant to Regulation 39(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform that the Company has issued Duplicate Share Certificates in lieu of the original share certificates to the Shareholders bearing Folio No. 0074696 and 0036601 on December 28, 2022. The aforesaid Duplicate Share Certificates has been issued on receipt of proper documentation from the Shareholders and pursuant to the approval accorded by the Share Transfer Committee on December 28, 2022. Further, Register of Duplicate Share Certificate sent by Link Intime India Private Limited ('RTA') on December 28, 2022, enclosed for your ready reference. However, the Company / RTA will follow the procedure as per SEBI Circular no. SEBI/HO/MIRSD/MIRSD_RTAMB/P/CIR/2022/8 dated 25th January, 2022 for issuance of duplicate shares in dematerialized form. | |
