Pursuant to the provisions of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and 'Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by Designated Persons and their immediate relatives' of Indo Count Industries Limited (the 'Company'), the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed for designated person(s) and their immediate relatives from Sunday, January 1, 2023 till 48 hours after the date of Board Meeting for the approval of Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended December 31, 2022, would be considered by the Board. The date of the Board Meeting of the Company for declaration of the aforesaid quarterly unaudited financial results will be intimated in due course.
