This is to inform that pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and Company''s Code of Conduct the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company, has been closed effective from Friday, January 01, 2021 till the completion of 48 hours after the declaration of Financial Results of the Quarter ended December 31, 2020 by the Board of Directors of the company. The date of Board Meeting for declaration of the unaudited financial results of the Company for the Quarter ended on December 31, 2020 will be intimated in due course.
