| Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held today, i.e., Friday, December 24, 2021, pursuant to the recommendation of the Audit Committee, has appointed Mr. Dilip Maniyar, Chartered Accountant (M. No. 118876), partner of M/s. Raj Shah & Co. (FRN: 141020W), as the Internal Auditor of the Company with effect from 24th December, 2021, in compliance with Section 138 of the Companies Act, 2013 and the rules made thereunder.
